在目睹了一起自杀后，一名毫不起眼的警察决定独自调查两起被忽视的案件，均与虐待妇女有关。。影片改编自松浦寿辉获得芥川奖的同名小说，由荒井晴彦执导，讲述奋斗在逐渐衰落的桃色电影界的导演栩谷（绫野刚饰）和立志成为编剧的男人伊关（柄本佑饰），以及两人所爱的女演员祥子（佐藤穗奈美饰）之间悲伤而纯粹的恋爱故事。三人所怀抱的对电影的梦想逐渐崩溃，他们各自的人生也开始相互交错。。After thirty years in the big corporation, Ugo Fantozzi retires. Suddenly, he needs things to do in everyday life and he tries a number of activities: helping Pina shopping| babysitting grand-daughter Uga| a trip to Venice| learning golf.
