Lured by her grandfather to live amidst the wealthy and privileged Heaven seems to have it all until the ghosts of her past rise up once more, threatening her precious new life.。正式阳光明媚、万物复苏的美好时节，清香女子高中即将迎来特色节日春阳祭。为了迎接这一天的到来，学园内的女孩们无一例外为各种游园活动和表演操持起来，校园内弥漫着青春的气息。美丽女孩弥生（山下リオ 饰）所在的美术部自然也不例外，她和四名同伴尽心操持，可是由于经费有限，她们的小卖场颇显寒酸。经伙伴的提议，弥生等人进入专门堆放杂物的第四仓库寻找可供出售的物品，却意外发现一幅散发着诡异气息的油画。画中穿着白色长裙的女孩被人涂黑了面颊。据说上面覆着女孩的冤魂，凡是看到她面容的人最终都会自杀身亡。 不久，恶灵拜访了学校内的女孩们……。
