下乡老知青周树达在返城大潮中，遗弃当地妻儿回到原籍，过上了高级知识分子生活。而在三十年后，周树达再次踏上了这片许久未见的土地试图弥补他曾经犯的过错。被他遗弃的儿子陈乐结束了八年的牢狱生活出狱后，遭遇妻子改嫁，并留给自己一个八岁患有自闭症的儿子。在好友帮助下，他找到一份修理厂的工作，并在出租屋里邂逅了性工作者雅茹。然而在儿子多次被学校拒绝上学后，陈乐做了一件再次摧毁命运的事情……。We follow the hits and (more often than not) the misses of two hapless, dead-broke contract killers who frankly, are more of a danger to themselves than to anyone else. Each episode sees Fran (Sue Perkins) and Jamie (Mel Giedroyc) try to track down and kill a different target. But every hit turns into a shambles of mistaken identities, mistimed entrances and misfiring weapons. ...。
