新学期开始，升入六年级的小朋友们迎来了一位新老师阿久津真矢（天海祐希饰），第一节课，不苟言笑的真矢老师便发了一通关于社会不公和残酷性的评论，表示今后要在班里实行差别待遇，唯一的衡量标准是每周的考试成绩。 神田和美（志田未来饰）对老师的高压政策十分不以为然，她和捣蛋鬼真锅由介（松川尚王留辉饰）总是和老师唱对台戏，而后果就是被整得死惨。在一次惩罚中，优等生进藤光（福田麻由子饰）为和美求情，却被真矢一起惩罚。不久，光也加入到和美的队伍中，三人一起反抗老师。 真矢冷酷无比的教育方针渐渐引起所有同学的恐慌，他们计划着共同推翻真矢的管制，让她下台……。Hamburg in the mid-1990s: following a breakdown and a stay in a psychiatric ward, Charly Schmidt lives in assisted accommodation in Hamburg.
