故事的主人公是四个高中生，为了能轻松修够学分最终顺利毕业，他们决定挑选一些看上去比较容易过的课程项目，其中就包括招待外国交换生。虽然国籍不同，但是青少年的烦恼和快乐都是大体相似的。从最初的陌生腼腆到后来渐渐熟络，外国交换生与主人公们都从对方身上学到了不少东西……。Damien and Nadia, in their thirties, are leaving Paris with Chloé, their 8 year old daughter, to settle in the French provinces. Damien is a graphic designer who negotiated a full-time remote working to follow his partner, who has just been offered a position at the Institut de Recherche Rivière, where she would work with her friend Marion.
