新四军小战士顺溜（王宝强 饰）在伏击汉奸司令吴大疤拉（杨子骅 饰）时竟打掉了自己六分区司令陈大雷（张国强 饰）的头盔。陈大雷赏识百步穿杨的神枪手顺溜，与他称兄道弟，并给顺溜起了个新名字叫“陈二雷”。在陈大雷与三营长（孙逊 饰）的提拔下，顺溜屡立战功，并缴获了日军的新式狙击枪，成为了军中狙击手、战斗英雄和传奇人物，却也日益骄横，不服军命。但在一次对日军中将石原的伏击战中，顺溜为了不打草惊蛇，竟亲眼看着自己的姐姐（郝蕾 饰）姐夫遇害。顺溜尚未复仇，二战结束，日军宣布投降。顺溜不顾停战协议，私自前往日俘离港码头……。德云男孩逗笑陪伴。* Based on the manga by Inoue Noriyoshi, which has also had a SNES game spin-off.
