话说在明朝洪武十五年，开国皇帝朱元璋如历朝的帝王一样渴望长生不老。在某个凄冷之夜，朱元璋命令道士做法，召请雷公帮忙，派遣锦衣卫中的精英陈忠（谭渤霖 饰）寻找长生不老之药。只听咔嚓一声，电闪雷鸣，一道闪电过后，道士被劈得外焦里嫩，而陈忠却不见了踪影。转眼到了21世纪，一丝不挂的陈忠竟然穿越来到了某个广场舞现场，结果被大爷大妈们一通追打。他左右奔突，无意间看到被两个流氓骚扰的醉酒小白领若林（于菲菲 饰）。 陈忠以高超的武功赶走流氓，而在这个未知的世界，穿越而来的锦衣卫和现代时尚女孩若林之间也发生了奇妙而有趣的故事……。The last thing Eddie Mills (Larry Clarke) wants to do is go home to deal with his dying Dad (Brian Dennehy).
