An unforeseen ...。进城务工的农村青年大旺（李梦男 饰）色胆包天，在粉刷墙体的时候偷看春光，结果失足摔断了腿。医院通知他三天之内还得准备一万块钱，不然无法进行手术。亲戚里道们凑在一起商量办法，大家认为大旺手上之事属于工伤，这一万块医药费一定得让老板出。大旺的弟弟二旺（李乃文 饰）年轻气盛，他发誓不仅要要回医药费，还得让老板亲自来村里跟他哥哥道歉。在此之后，二旺雄赳赳气昂昂走进了繁华大都会，他最先遭到公司的保安喜子（刘桦 饰）的阻拦。阎王不好见，小鬼更难缠。 无权无势的二旺想尽各种办法要混入公司，他能否顺利帮助哥哥要会手术费？。
