该片讲述的是因为色听而无法听到音乐的诗贤（Dara 饰），与身为知名作曲家却陷入低谷而没办法写歌的志一（韩载锡饰）通过音乐沟通并成长的故事。。Set in a small town in West Texas, four boyhood friends who made a solemn promise to leave town together immediately after high school graduation must now "put up or shut up." The clock is ticking, and as all 81 people in town watch, offer advice, and place bets, these four very different boys struggle with the biggest decision of their lives . . . whether to stay or leave home...。
